On site we have a fast, heavy-duty single head tabbing machine which affixes
a transparent, perforated, circular tab to secure self mailers, booklets, CDs
in card cases or any open edge
needing to be secured.
Scope is A6 to A3, and speed is 10,000 plus per hour. We can secure one,
two or three open edges, with a tab, as you wish. We can send you samples.
In short – if you are mailing a single A4 folded to one-third or half size –
then
we can save you not only the cost of envelopes but also the cost of filling
them and the time involved.
We will happily complete the mailing here by adding name, address and other
variable data by machine, should you entrust us with the whole mailing operation.
