Our 4 colour laser printer will print variable data onto 70 - 250gsm paper of size A6 up to RA3 and will print single or double sided.  We can output up to 4,500 pages of A4 per hour.  Options include drilling up to 4 holes, stapling and folding.  From a variety of artwork formats, such as MS Word or PDF files, and using data sources such as MS Excel or CSV files, we can print variable colour and black only sheets.  Typically used for cost-effective short run 4 colour printing, presentation folders, training manuals, personalized pieces - All output can be personalized to your requirements.

The Mono (black) laser printer will produce variable data on paper 70gsm 200gsm from A5 to RA3, single or double sided and can achieve speeds up to 9,200 pages of A4 per hour. Options include collation, folding and stapling (booklet making).  Typically used for large run personalized letters, addressed carrier sheets or newsletters etc

The Inkjet envelope printer will print variable data, in black or spot colours, onto a variety of mailing pieces including envelopes, postcards, self-mailers or bubble bags.  It can print on envelope sizes from C6 to C4 at up to 25,000 units per hour. It is typically used to print personalized addresses, Postage Paid Impressions, return address, strap lines etc.

We also have an additional 4 colour laser printer that can print variable data onto 64gsm -300gsm paper sized from 80 x 90mm up to 328 x 457mm and will print single or double sided. It produces over 2,000 pages of A4 an hour.  However, this printer is primarily used to print address data directly onto DL, C5 and C4 envelopes.  In one pass we can also print colour logos, PPIs and a return address as well as almost any other image you'd like on an envelope.
